Does the morning after pill is abortive or not?

Maybe the controversy about the day after pill has not taken the importance it should take,because many adolescents are being sexually abused. I think that regardless of our opinion, emergency contraception should be available equitably to all people and make decisions on whether or not they want to use for all women and their partners, that's why in my opinion the pill is not abortive, as not life-threatening.
The way I see it the pill NOT is an abortion, because it acts before implantation (when the zygote remains in the uterus wall, then there's no turning back). That is, if the egg is fertilized the pill does not work.
In rape cases the pill is morally acceptable, although clear, the point is that victims do not report the problem.

The medicine "postinor" better know as the day after pill is distributed to the people through a prescription medical retained delivered by a doctor for those women who request this medicine go to the to drugstore to buy it.

Considering this as a good desicion to control people who receive this medicine is not going to have a bad administration or an inadequate use. But the point is that this is not the better decision is the case of the raped girls as is this situation. I think the medicine has not given it to the girls in the moment that they get to the hospital to corroborate injuries, because this medicine is not there then they must go to the drugstore for obtain it. But here begins another problem for this people because the “postinor” is not sold in all drugstores so by the time for take the medicine is late and this difficult situation does not finish ever.

Considering that the rapes here increased this year until the date one of 500 girls has suffened. this attack, the reason why the authorities must take other measures so the delivery of the “postinor” will be faster.

Agree or disagree?

One of the controversies arising from the theme of the day after pill (“Postinor-2") is the agreement or disagreement with the use of it. The problem begins with the question of whether it’s abortive or not, since we are very uninformed and the little information we received is unclear. Personally, I think the use of "Postinor-2" is completely respectable, because in my opinion, for example, having a child at a young age, not desired, etc., in many cases can bring tragic consequences, for instance the parricide, which is a very common theme in recent times.

I disagree with people who thinks that emergency contraception should be banned, because it has often happened that pregnancy worse is resulted of a rape and the way I see it in these cases there is nothing in the world for a woman to have a baby that was conceived under the force and aggression, but I agree with these people that said that the after pill should be used responsibly and when we are really in an emergency, because it is fairly certain, that some people, in especial young women abuse of this medicine and without a doubt will be many consequences.
